These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services provided by First Response Plumbing ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our plumbing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

First Response Plumbing provides a range of professional plumbing services, including but not limited to, emergency repairs, leak detection, drain cleaning, water heater installation and repair, pipe repair and replacement, fixture installation, and routine maintenance for residential and commercial properties. All services are performed by qualified and licensed technicians.
Estimates provided are based on the information available at the time and are subject to change upon a detailed inspection of the premises or unforeseen complications.

Appointments can be scheduled via phone or our website. We will confirm your appointment time and date. While we strive for punctuality, arrival times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic, prior emergency calls). We will endeavor to notify you of any significant delays.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Before commencing any significant work, our technician will provide an estimate of the costs involved. Work will only proceed once you have reviewed and authorized the estimate. For emergency repairs, verbal authorization may be accepted under specific conditions.
Our pricing is based on the scope of work, materials required, and labor time. Payment for services is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.
Invoices unpaid within 30 days of the service date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is less.
We stand by the quality of our workmanship. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will assess the issue and, if deemed necessary, re-perform the service at no additional charge. Refunds are generally not provided for services already rendered and completed satisfactorily. However, parts installed may carry a manufacturer's warranty, which we will honor according to their terms. Our labor is warranted for 90 days from the date of service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, First Response Plumbing, its employees, agents, or contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (c) any content obtained from the services; and (d) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
Our total liability to you for any damages, losses, and causes of action shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using our services within the last six (6) months.
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate our relationship with any client at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of non-payment, unsafe working conditions, or abusive behavior towards our staff. You may terminate our service agreement at any time by canceling your appointment or future service requests.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where First Response Plumbing operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration body, or through small claims court, as applicable.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the service.
