1. Service Overview

First Response Plumbing ("we," "us," or "our") provides a range of professional plumbing services, including but not limited to, emergency plumbing, leak detection, drain cleaning, water heater repair and installation, pipe repair and replacement, fixture installation, and general plumbing maintenance for residential and commercial properties.

Our services are performed by qualified and licensed plumbers in accordance with industry standards and applicable regulations.

2. User Responsibilities

2.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when booking services, requesting estimates, or communicating with us.

2.2 Access to Property

You must ensure that our technicians have safe, clear, and unhindered access to the property and specific areas where plumbing services are required at the scheduled appointment time. Failure to provide adequate access may result in rescheduling and/or additional charges.

2.3 Safety

You are responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for our technicians while they are on your property. Please inform us of any potential hazards or special conditions prior to service commencement.

2.4 Timely Decision Making

For services requiring client decisions (e.g., choice of fixtures, approval of additional work), you agree to make timely decisions to avoid delays in service completion.

3. Booking and Service Rules

3.1 Appointments

Service appointments can be scheduled via phone (+1 (855) 697-8422) or through our website. We will confirm the appointment details, including date, time, and estimated scope of work.

3.2 Estimates and Pricing

We provide estimates based on the information provided and initial assessment.

Final pricing may vary depending on the actual work performed, unforeseen complications, parts required, and labor time.

Any significant deviation from the estimate will be communicated to you for approval before proceeding.

3.3 Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a service charge, especially if a technician has already been dispatched.

3.4 Warranty on Work

We offer a warranty on our labor and specific parts for a defined period, as detailed in your service agreement or invoice.

This warranty covers defects in workmanship or materials supplied by First Response Plumbing.

It does not cover issues arising from normal wear and tear, misuse, client-supplied parts, or work performed by others.

4. Payments & Refunds

4.1 Payment Terms

Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods, which will be communicated at the time of service.

4.2 Late Payments

Unpaid invoices may be subject to a late fee and/or interest charges as permitted by law. We reserve the right to pursue collection efforts for overdue accounts.

4.3 Refunds

Refunds for services are generally not provided once work has been completed and accepted by the client. However, if there is a demonstrated failure in our service or a valid claim under our warranty, we will endeavor to resolve the issue through repair, re-service, or a partial refund at our discretion.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, First Response Plumbing, its employees, agents, or contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (c) any content obtained from the services; and (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless First Response Plumbing and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the service; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any privacy or intellectual property right; or (iv) your violation of any applicable law, rule, or regulation.

This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of the service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where First Response Plumbing operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
